Introducing fully automatic production equipment to improve product uniformity and production efficiency

Our factory provides the production and manufacturing of finished dining chairs and leisure chairs for customers in Europe, America and the Middle East. Traditional cutting is done manually, with low precision and efficiency, resulting in product uniformity and production efficiency not meeting expectations. We have improved the production process by introducing fully automatic laser tube cutting machines and fully automatic tube shrinking machines, and centralized cutting and punching into the same process. Technical personnel draw drawings and then perform cutting and punching operations, which simultaneously improves cutting efficiency and punching accuracy, saves a set of processes, and improves production efficiency while improving product uniformity. It solves the customer's demand for quality and production capacity and has been recognized and trusted by customers.
